There are a wide variety of types of accommodation available. Generally the less expensive places will be where you have to share facilities - for example sharing kitchen and/or bathroom facilities. On the other hand, if you can afford to spend more, then there are many self contained flats available.

In our experience, although you may feel able to afford self contained accommodation, it is often better and more culturally rewarding to experience life in the capital living amongst other Londoners. Not only can this improve your knowledge of English but also vastly increase your knowledge of how things really function in this city. Also, with so many events happening in an around the city, you can find out from your flatmates whats happening on the social scene, where to get the best deals for clothes, how to save money on transport etc.

Once you agree to a particular placement then we will contact the landlord to confirm your decision and to reserve your place prior to moving in on an agreed date.
Then we will arrange a mutually convenient time such that you can go to your new accommodation. Once there you will have to sign your tenancy agreement, pay a deposit of between 2 weeks and a month (to be refunded at the end of your stay) and the first month/weeks rent and introduce yourself to your new flatmates.
NOTE: Some landlords may require some kind of deposit in order to reserve the accommodation prior to your arrival. We will tell you when this is the case.
