There are a great many number of courses which cater for both large classes as well as smaller groups. The various schools and colleges can be divided into private and state funded bodies.

Private courses tend to be more expensive but have smaller class sizes and are sometimes more accommodating with start dates. They can also offer intensive courses and one-to-one classes that may last only a few weeks.

State courses are generally funded by local councils. The class sizes tend to be larger but the courses are often less expensive than the private equivalent. However the start dates tend to be fixed so you need to be able to start the course at a predetermined time.
